Shipment Processing Time

We use multiple carriers such as USPS, FedEx and UPS for all orders placed on our website. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Most orders placed before 1 PM Mountain Standard Time Monday – Friday will ship same day. Our business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am -4:00pm MST.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You agree that we may charge you any sales or nexus taxes collected in your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our products.

All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.  For large wholesale and bulk orders, shipping charges will be communicated from the sales team before your order ships.

First Class USPS can take 3-5 business days but may take longer during peak season.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately at support@meetkitsie.com and we will be sure to send you a new product, free of charge. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.

You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.
