1. General

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on the website.

We process orders as fast as it takes your pet to get to the door when someone rings, because of that it makes it very difficult to make changes to your order after it's been processed.We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Although we cannot guarantee changes will be made in time, we can guarantee we will try our best. Please reach out to support via email with your order # as the subject line.

Kitsie products are made and manufactured in the USA. We ship from our domestic fulfilment centre in the great state of Utah.

Once you’ve placed your order, we process the order within 24 business hours for delivery.

We currently don’t have any physical stores under our brand name. We will be partnering with the best pet stores, dispensaries, pet physiotherapists and vets to offer Kitsie at select retail locations in the coming months!

We guarantee any of our product made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would accept exchange requests resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store

- The item shouldn’t have been used in any way

- The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery

As an online business, we operate sales 24/7/365. Our customer service staff operates standard office hours from 9am-4pm MST (Mountain Standard Time) Monday to Friday.

2. Shipping

Kitsie products are shipped from our fulfillment facilities in Utah. Once your order is received, it will ship within 24 business hours. Delivery time may vary from State to State but you can usually expect to receive your product within 48 to 72 hours once the order has been shipped.

3. Exchanges

Should a product ever be defective for any reason, we do accept exchanges.

In order to ask for an exchange, please contact customer support and mention that you would like your item to be replaced.

Once the product has been ordered, products are processed very quickly. There is no guarantee we can cancel your order in time, but we will do our best! Contact our support ASAP

If the productive is defective for any reason, please contact our support staff with your oder number and we will be able to explore shipping you a new exchanged product! 

We will cover the shipping on approved exchanges! No Pets should be without their daily wellness

4. Payment

You can purchase on our website using a credit card. For our crypto loving Pet Parents, we additionally offer support to Coinbase to make purchases with BTC and ETH.

6. Product FAQ

No, not even a little bit! Kitsie Co. has strategically and intentionally decided to produce hemp derived CBD products using only Broad Spectrum CBD. This means, our product contains the therapeutic cannabinoids found in CBD, CBN, and CBG, while removing all of the potentially psychoactive THC molecules. 

This is a good question but it’s one that comes with a different answer depending on who’s asking and what their specific goals are at any given time. 

Bites and Tincture largely serves different delivery purposes. 

Kitsie Bites are lighter in CBD with 5mg/bite - this would be enough for daily wellness for dogs under 20lbs, but would require more for larger size dogs. They're fun snacks that will slowly add a small amount of CBD as your dog digests it.

Tinctures, with 3 different strengths, are more concentrated and can deliver a therapeutic quantity of CBD to your dog.

All of our ingredients are listed accordingly on our products and allow pet parents to cross check their pets' allergies :) 

yes, all of our product batches are tested with with Certificate of Analysis (COAs) including heavy metal and pesticide tests. We love our pets too much to not test our products to the fullest extent. 

7. CBD FAQ

Simply put, the answer is variable and ranges for every dog. It depends in great deal on the size of your dog. The reason they're receiving the CBD in the first place may also play a factor as well. It is for this reason that administering CBD for dogs is closer to an art than it is to a science. Our recommendation is surely to start slow, and build up as you find which quantities are making a noticeable difference for your dog. 

  1. For dogs under 25lbs it is best to start out with 5mg/day dosage
  2. For dogs between 25-60lbs it is best to start out with 10mg/day dosage
  3. For dog over 60lbs it is best to start out with 15mg/day dosage
  4. If you dog is considerably larger, adjust the starting dosage accordingly

Again, this is a very generalized starting point. Like humans, dogs will each have varying sensitivities to CBD, so there is no one size fit all answer. For some dogs who have a lower sensitivity to CBD, or who are dealing from acute pain issues and are using it as a pain relief therapy, you can even start out by double the dosage recommendation above, and increase the dosage slowly as you monitor progress.    

Cats are a bit easier to judge since the variance in cat sizes is much smaller than it is with dogs. It is recommended that for cats, you start out by giving them a 5mg/day dose. For larger cats, this amount can gradually be increased up to 10mg/day if you find they have taken well to the increasing amounts of daily CBD. 

Rest assured that yes, all of Kitsie’s CBD products are hemp-derived and100% legal. Kitsie products are manufactured in the USA and can be shipped to all 50 States. Kitsie want’s all of our clients to know that our products are made safe for both animal and human consumption, and offer your pets a therapeutic experience and contains no psychoactive ingredients that will get your pet “buzzed.”

This can vary depending on the size of your pet compared to the potency of the dose, as well as whether they can receive a tincture spray or an edible. 

With a tincture spray you can generally expect for it to take effect within 15-20 minutes of administering the dose. Especially when starting out for the first time, it is always a good idea to start with a smaller dose, and provide more based on your assessment of your pet’s needs. 

With edible treats, the dose is much lower, and is released more gradually through the digestive system.
